I must've picked the wrong industry/career. Nowhere I've ever worked

has ever done bonuses of any meaningful amount. They've all done nice things for the employees throughout the year and at year end, and merit increases, and I've gotten a few nice raises in my life. But I never a bonus of any kind that was in excess of $100 in value.
